How to Use the VX HelpBot

To make it easier and faster to find answers to training content, seek step by step information or contact support, we have trained an AI chatbot on the hundreds of resources programmed into the training center.

You may ask the HelpBot for any type of help you may need at any time. You can access the HelpBot via the widget in the lower right hand corner of the screen, at the Help button at the top of the navigation page.
Remember, to use the VX Training Voice Assistant to guide this training.

  • 3. Give us Feedback
Step 1

Open the VX HelpBot.

Click the HelpBot widget in the lower right hand corner of any page in the training center.

Or visit the Help section in the top navigation.
Step 2

Ask the HelpBot for Assistance.

Start a chat with the HelpBot and ask it any number of support questions. The HelpBot will seek to find the relevant answer within the Training Center, and provide links to the content where it can.
